Betsy Rue (born May 14, 1979 ) is an American actress who gained international fame mainly through her role as Irene Sparco in the horror film My Bloody Valentine 3D .

Career

She began acting in TV series such as Zeit der Sehnsucht (blonde barmaid, 2005) and Immer wieder Jim (2008), where she took on the role of Gloria. Since the beginning of her career she has roles in the series Still Standing , Las Vegas , CSI: On the trail of the perpetrators , Unfabulous , Journeyman , Ehe ist ... , How I Met Your Mother , Navy CIS , Bones , True Blood and Eastwick ; she was also in iCarly in the role of Ginger Fox, a pop star who is starting a comeback attempt very similar to that of Britney Spears .

Furthermore, she had smaller and larger roles in the films After 7 Days - Tilted Out , Miss March , Deep in the Valley and in Rob Zombie's horror film Halloween II . In 2009, Betsy Rue starred in the horror film My Bloody Valentine 3D .
