The District League Oberschlesien 1937/38 was the fifth season of the District League Oberschlesien. In addition to the Lower Silesian District League 1937/38 and the Central Silesian District League 1937/38, it served as one of three second-rate district leagues in the substructure of the Gauliga Silesia . The champions of the three district classes qualified for a promotion round in which two promoted to Gauliga were played.

The Oberschlesien district league was played this season in a group of twelve teams in a round-robin tournament with a return leg. In the end, SpVgg Ratibor 03 prevailed and qualified for the promotion round to Gauliga Schlesien 1938/39 , in which the Ratiborians prevailed together with 1. FC Breslau and thus rose to the Gauliga for the coming season.
