Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian Catholic Church
The Synod of Bishops of the Ukrainian Catholic Church ( Latin Synodus Ecclesiae Ucrainae Catholicae (Bycantini) ) is a bishops' conference (Roman Catholic), an association of the bishops of the Ukrainian Catholic Church of the Byzantine Rite . There is also the Ukrainian Bishops' Conference for the bishops of the Latin Church in the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine . Both conferences are responsible for different ritual churches of the Roman Catholic Church and are both members of the Council of European Bishops' Conferences (CCEE).
The president is Svyatoslav Shevchuk , Grand Archbishop and Metropolitan of Kiev and Ukraine .
