Dutch Bishops' Conference

The Dutch Bishops' Conference ( Dutch : Nederlandse Bisschoppenconferentie ) is the permanent assembly of all active bishops in the Netherlands . The Bishops' Conference is chaired and supported by a joint secretariat with the Roman Catholic Church Province; it has its seat in Utrecht . She is a member of the Council of European Bishops 'Conferences (CCEE) and of the Commission of Bishops' Conferences of the European Community (COMECE).

Members

Episcopal Commissions

The commissions are chaired by a bishop who is assisted by a secretary . There are currently eight commissions, including for liturgy , catechesis and youth training, communication and mass media , ecumenism and Eastern churches , mission and development aid , and interreligious dialogue .

Episcopal Committees

Under the leadership of a bishop are currently working five committees, including editing the topics relations with Judaism , media ethics and coordinate the cooperation with the European Bishops' Conferences ( CCEE and COMECE ).
