use

Bismuth oxynitrate place (like other bismuth compounds ) as reserve medication for stomach - intestinal ulcers use, since it is the healing of ulcers and the eradication of the pathogen Helicobacter pylori promotes. It is used as a so-called quadruple therapy, a combination therapy consisting of a proton pump inhibitor and a classic bismuth triple therapy (bismuth salt, tetracycline , metronidazole ).
