The diocese of Cornélio Procópio ( lat. : Dioecesis Procopiensis ) is in Brazil located Roman Catholic diocese based in Cornélio Procópio in the state of Paraná .

history

The diocese Cornélio Procópio was on May 26, 1973 by Pope Paul VI. established with the Apostolic Constitution Votis et precibus from cessions of territory of the diocese Jacarezinho and subordinated to the archdiocese of Curitiba as a suffragan . On October 31, 1970, the diocese of Cornélio Procópio was subordinated to the Archdiocese of Londrina as a suffragan.
