The Diocese of Malolos ( lat. : Dioecesis Malolosina ) is the Philippines located Roman Catholic diocese based in Malolos . It includes the province of Bulacan and the city ​​of Valenzuela City of Metro Manila .

Pope John XXIII founded it on November 25, 1961 from cession of territory of the Archdiocese of Manila , to which it was also subordinated as a suffragan diocese.
