Bjarne Meisel

Bjarne Meisel (* 1998 in Berlin ) is a German actor .

Life

Bjarne Meisel graduated from the Felix-Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Gymnasium in Berlin in 2016. He took professional acting classes at the New Talent Drama School. He gained his first stage and television experience in the youth ensemble of the Friedrichstadtpalast Berlin and at KiKA . In 2011 Meisel played his first major TV role, a supporting role in the fairy tale film The Six Swans (2012). In 2014 he then played a supporting role in an episode of the crime series Under Other Circumstances , which was first broadcast in April 2015 , where he played Marius Witte, the older of two brothers growing up separately. In the 11th season of the ZDF series Der Bergdoktor (2018) he had a supporting role in the episode as soccer goalkeeper Lukas Bohringer. In the ninth season of the family series Dr. Kleist (2019) Meisel took on one of the episode roles as an emergency patient with methanol poisoning . In the 11th season of the ZDF series SOKO Stuttgart (2020) Meisel had one of the episode roles as a suspected 19-year-old brother of a killed police student.

Since 2015 he can also be seen regularly in the Kammerspiele of the Deutsches Theater Berlin . In February 2018 he played the computer nerd Lenny in the world premiere of Klassenbuch (based on the novel by John von Düffel ).
