Bo Kristoffersen
Bo Kristoffersen (born July 2, 1967 ) is a former Danish show jumper and national trainer .
Career
Until 2001 Kristoffersen worked for the Holstein Association , during which time he rode top horses such as Cassini I and Corofino I . With the Caletto II son Caretino he competed in international jumping, so Kristoffersen and Caretino won the 1993 Nations Cup of the GDR in Gera with the Danish team . In 1994 Caretino moved to Ludger Beerbaum's stable . The former Holsteiner Verband stallion Corofino I was also successfully presented at tournaments.
In 1997 Bo Kristoffersen won the Nations Cup in Helsinki on a Cassini I with the Danish team . In the same year the couple started at the European Championships in Mannheim . Kristoffersen came third with Claudio in the Rostock Grand Prix and was successful with the Danish team at the Nations Cup in Ikast .
Under Bo Kristoffersen, Coriano won several jumping competitions and at the age of six jumped to second place in the finals of the Bundeschampionat in Warendorf. At the age of seven, they were both placed in advanced level jumping competitions several times. In 2000, the couple won the Meppen Grand Prix and came second in the Papitz Grand Prix . In 2002 the stallion was loaned to the Belgian stud Zangersheide and was ridden by Judy-Ann Melchior .
From 2003 to the end of 2017 he ran a show stables together with the Swedish show jumper Rolf-Göran Bengtsson on the grounds of Breido Graf zu Rantzau in Breitenburg near Itzehoe . His successor at the Holsteiner Verband was the Danish show jumper Lars Bak Andersen . In addition, from 2001 Kristoffersen was the Danish national trainer for show jumping.
