Bosruck is a district of the municipality Bernhardswald in the Upper Palatinate district of Regensburg , Bavaria . The hamlet of Bosruck is located in the Regensburg region about three kilometers northeast of Bernhardswald.

history

Bosruck was first mentioned in writing in 1466 as the Early Mass Foundation of Parzifal Zenger for St. Michael's Altar in Altenthann . It appeared in the tax registers of the Donaustauf Regional Court in 1521 and 1538 . In 1599 a farm in Bosruck paid the basic validity to the Reichenbach monastery . In 1606 this farm was owned by Hofmark Bernhardswald. About this court there was a dispute over the lower jurisdiction between the court lord, in 1617 it was Hans Moroltinger, and the district court Donaustauf, which ended in favor of the district court. The second farm in Bosruck was owned by the Pettenreuth parish church . Donaustauf had sovereign authority over this court. This farm paid its taxes to the Straubing Rent Office . The advocacies on this farm belonged to half the castle Kürn and a quarter each castles Hauzendorf and Hauzenstein . This was done in such a way that the court lord of Kürn exercised lower jurisdiction for 6 years and the owners of the other two castles for 3 years each. Due to this strong fragmentation of rights, the Donaustauf district court was able to take over all judicial and sovereign rights over Bosruck as early as 1606.

As of March 23, 1913 (Easter), Bosruck belonged to the Wenzenbach parish with 3 houses and 17 residents. On December 31, 1990 Bosruck had 10 Catholic residents and belonged to the parish of Bernhardswald.
