Bouillé-Loretz is a commune Déléguée in the French community Loretz-d'Argenton with 1,033 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . The inhabitants are called bouillavins .

The municipality of Bouillé-Loretz merged with Argenton-l'Église on January 1, 2019 to form the Commune nouvelle Loretz-d'Argenton. Since then it has had the status of a Commune déléguée. The municipality of Bouillé-Loretz belonged to the arrondissement Bressuire and the canton Le Val de Thouet (until 2015 the municipality belonged to the canton Argenton-les-Vallées ).

Bouillé-Loretz is located about 28 kilometers northeast of Bressuire on the Argenton River , which borders the municipality to the east. Bouillé-Loretz is surrounded by the villages of Saint-Macaire-du-Bois in the north, Le Puy-Notre-Dame in the northeast, Saint-Martin-de-Sanzay in the east and southeast, Argenton-l'Église in the south, Bouillé-Saint -Paul in the south and south-west, Cersay in the west and south-west and Nueil-sur-Layon in the north-west.
