Brørup Kirke

Brørup Sogn is a parish municipality ( Danish : Sogn ) in southern Denmark . Until 1970 she belonged to the Harde Malt Herred in the then Ribe office , then to the Brørup municipality in the expanded Ribe office , which was merged into the "new" Vejen municipality in the Syddanmark region on January 1, 2007 as part of the municipal reform .

3990 people live in the parish. The town of Brørup itself, which extends partly south to the area of ​​the parish Folding Sogn , has 4521 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2020). In the parish are the churches "Brørup Kirke" and the newer "Johanneskirke".
