Bracha van Doesburgh

Bracha van Doesburgh (* 3 September 1981 in Enschede as Bracha Semeyns de Vries van Doesburgh ) is a Dutch actress and fashion designer .

Life

The daughter of a general practitioner studied theater at the Theater Academy Amsterdam and took acting lessons at the Jaqueline Segal workshop in New York City . During her training, she was booked to play the leading female role in the film Hammerhart . This was followed by roles in, among others, Schnitzelparadies by Martin Koolhoven and Killer Babes by Dick Maas . In addition to her film activities, she played regularly in the theater, including the Nationale Toneel. From 2008 to 2010 she played together with Katja Schuurman and Eva van der Gucht in the NET-5 series S1ngle . In 2010 she played the lead role in the Saskia Noort film adaptation De Eetclub .

Van Doesburgh is also known as a fashion designer . She launched several clothing lines at the Maison de Bonneterie fashion house, which was closed in 2014 .

Van Doesburgh has been married to actor Daan Schuurmans since June 4, 2011 . The couple have a daughter and twin sons.
