Bram Stoker Awards 1995

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 1995 Bram Stoker Award was given in 1996 for literature from the previous year in seven categories. At the award ceremony, exceptional contributions to horror literature are honored every year. The Bram Stoker Award has been presented since 1987, and the winners are chosen by election by the members of the Horror Writers Association (HWA).

After prizes were awarded in a total of ten categories at the Bram Stoker Awards in 1993 and only in six categories in 1994, prizes were awarded again in 1995 in the established seven categories including non-fiction. Harlan Ellison won the award for his short story Chatting With Anubis and was honored for his life's work.
