Bram Stoker Awards 1993

The 1993 Bram Stoker Award was given in 1994 for literature from the previous year in ten categories. At the award ceremony, exceptional contributions to horror literature are honored every year. The Bram Stoker Award has been presented since 1987, and the winners are chosen by election by the members of the Horror Writers Association (HWA).

In contrast to the ancestors, the Bram Stoker Awards in 1993 were awarded in a total of ten instead of the previous seven categories. The former category is Long Fiction divided into the categories Novella and Novelet , were added new categories for other media ( Other Media ) and the Special Trustees Award . Dan Simmons was nominated three times and won the Novelet with Death in Bangkok award .
