Breite Strasse 1 (Quedlinburg)
The house at Breite Straße 1 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located northeast of the city's market square, north of the confluence of the streets Hoken and Breite Straße, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register.
Architecture and history
The three-storey half - timbered house faces the Breiten Straße at the eaves. A striking narrow gable is oriented to the south and characterizes the square-like extension northeast of the Quedlinburg town hall . The ground floor and the first floor date from around 1600. The shop fitting on the ground floor was carried out later in the historicism style .
Until the beginning of the 21st century, the house was called Breite Straße 4 and was then renumbered as number 1. The Café Roland is on the ground floor (as of 2013).
