The Brezons is a river in France that runs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Occitania regions. It rises under the name Ruisseau des Livernade in the south of the Volcans d'Auvergne Regional Nature Park . The source is located on the southern flank of the Plomb du Cantal mountain peak in the area of the municipality of the same name Brezons . It generally drains in a southerly direction and flows after about 28 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Thérondels and Paulhenc in the backwater of the Barrage de Sarrans as a right tributary into the Truyère .
