Brock Hooton (born March 20, 1983 in Nanaimo , British Columbia ) is a retired Canadian ice hockey player who played on the right wing position. Most recently, the striker was under contract with the Fischtown Pinguins .

Career

Hooton began his career in 2000 with the Quesnel Millionaires from the BCHL . From 2002 to 2006 he went on the ice for St. Cloud State University in the college league NCAA . It was in 2002 in the annual talent contraction of the NHL in the fifth round at the 150th position from the Ottawa Senators selected.

From 2006 to 2009, the Canadians played in the ECHL , where he initially for in the 2006/07 season, Phoenix Roadrunners and in 2007 to 2009, for the Reading Royals laced the skates. In the 2008/09 season he completed a total of 21 games in the American Hockey League for the Providence Bruins , Albany River Rats and the Norfolk Admirals .

From the 2009/10 season , Hooton was under contract for three seasons in Germany with Schwenninger Wild Wings from the 2nd Bundesliga before moving to Denmark.

From 2013 he played with the Fischtown Pinguins . The first three years were completed in DEL2 , in 2016 Hooton entered the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) with the Bremerhaven team .

The Canadian ice hockey striker ended his career after the 2019/20 season.
