Bronson Pinchot
Bronson Pinchot (* 20th May 1959 in New York City as Bronson Alcott Pinchot ) is an American actor .
Life
Pinchot grew up in California . He graduated from South Pasadena High School in 1977 , then studied painting at Yale University . He later discovered his interest in acting.
Pinchot made his debut in the 1983 comedy Loose Business , starring alongside Tom Cruise and Rebecca De Mornay in the role of Barry . He played the gay art dealer Serge in the comedies Beverly Hills Cop (1984) and Beverly Hills Cop III (1994) . From 1986 to 1993 he played Balki Bartokomous in the television series A Greek conquers Chicago . For this role he was nominated for an Emmy Award in 1987 . He also played in 1996 in the 6th season of the series A strong family (original title: Step by Step ) a French hairdresser. However, the role was canceled after a season.
In the thriller True Romance (1993) Pinchot appeared alongside Christian Slater , Patricia Arquette and Dennis Hopper . In the 1995 film adaptation of Stephen King's Langoliers - Lost in the Time Hole, he played the role of the psychotic Craig Toomy. He won the National Board of Review Award in 1996 for his role in the comedy The Devils Club (1996), in which he played alongside Bette Midler , Goldie Hawn and Diane Keaton . He played the leading role in the comedy Winning Girls Through Psychic Mind Control (2002).
Pinchot also appeared in several plays on like in 2004 on Broadway issued piece Sly Fox , where he alongside Richard Dreyfuss and Eric Stoltz played.
Since 2002, Pinchot is a member of the Federation of the Freemasons , his Loge Harford Lodge No. 445 is based in Hop Bottom, Pennsylvania.
