Bruce K. Holloway
Bruce Keener Holloway (born September 1, 1912 in Knoxville , Tennessee , † September 30, 1999 in Orlando , Florida ) was an American general in the Air Force .
Career
Holloway graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1937 . During the Second World War he was the commander of an air squadron in the Republic of China .
In July 1965 he was appointed Commander of the American Air Forces in Europe (USAFE). From August 1968 until his retirement in April 1972 he was the commander of Strategic Air Command .
