The Bundestag constituency of Chemnitzer Land - Stollberg was a constituency in Saxony in the federal elections in 2002 and 2005 . It had the constituency number 165 and included the former districts of Chemnitzer Land and Stollberg .

Since Saxony lost one constituency in the 2009 Bundestag election and a major district reform took place in Saxony in 2008 , most of the Saxon constituencies were redefined. The constituency of Chemnitzer Land - Stollberg was dissolved. For the 2009 federal election, the cities of Glauchau , Meerane , Waldenburg , the municipalities of Schönberg , Oberwiera and Remse as well as the former Stollberg district were assigned to the new federal election district of Chemnitzer Umland - Erzgebirgskreis II . The rest of the area of ​​the former district of Chemnitzer Land became part of the Zwickau constituency.
