Cam Keith (born December 22, 1980 in Nelson , British Columbia ) is a Canadian ice hockey player who was last under contract with the Eispiraten Crimmitschau in the DEL2 .
Career
Cam Keith began his career as a hockey player on the team at the University of Alaska Fairbanks , for which he was active from 2000 to 2004 in the National Collegiate Athletic Association . He then made his professional ice hockey debut at the end of the 2003/04 season for the Hartford Wolf Pack from the American Hockey League . The winger spent the following season with the Pensacola Ice Pilots from the ECHL , as well as the St. John's Maple Leafs from the AHL. Between 2005 and 2009, the left shooter played in parallel for the Peoria Rivermen in the AHL and the Alaska Aces in the ECHL.
For the 2009/10 season Keith moved to SG Cortina in the Italian A1 series . He then received a contract with the Kassel Huskies from the German Ice Hockey League for the 2010/11 season , but left the club as it was dissolved in summer 2010. In September 2010, the attacker signed with the Arizona Sundogs in the Central Hockey League . Between May 2011 and 2014 Keith was under contract with the Eispiraten Crimmitschau in the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga .
Keith has been an assistant coach at the Cincinnati Cyclones in the ECHL since the 2014/2015 season .
