Camilla Power

Camilla Power (born November 13, 1976 in Cork , County Cork ) is an Irish film and stage actress .

Short biography

Camilla Power, a distant cousin of well-known actor Tyrone Power , has been in front of the camera since she was twelve.

She attended Sylvia Young Theater School in Marylebone , and made her debut in 1988 in Alice , a horror film adaptation of Alice in Wonderland . Also in 1988 she starred in the love drama A fateful summer . In 1990 she embodied in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Armchair Jill Pole and is still best known outside of England for this role.

In 1998 she appeared on the theater stage for the first time in The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie .

Power was traded as the successor to Samantha Bond in the role of Miss Moneypenny in the 22nd James Bond movie adventure. However , the character does not appear in Quantum of Solace . In 2009 she starred in the British action thriller The Tournament alongside Ian Somerhalder , Kelly Hu , Ving Rhames and Robert Carlyle .

Camilla Power is single and has one child.
