The Campo de Daroca is a comarca ( administrative unit ) in the autonomous region of Aragon in Spain . It is located in the southwest of the province of Saragossa and has an area of ​​1,117.9 km² and 6,623 inhabitants. It takes its name from Daroca , the capital and largest of the 35 associated communities.

The comarca borders in the west on the province of Guadalajara , in the north on the comarcas Comunidad de Calatayud and Campo de Cariñena , in the east on the Campo de Belchite and in the south on the comarca del Jiloca .

In addition to Daroca, the municipalities of Acered , Aldehuela de Liestos , Anento , Atea , Badules , Balconchán , Berrueco , Cerveruela , Cubel , Las Cuerlas , Fombuena , Gallocanta , Herrera de los Navarros , Langa del Castillo , Lechón , Luesma , Mainar , Manchones , Murero belong , Nombrevilla , Orcajo , Retascón , Romanos , Santed , Torralba de los Frailes , Torralbilla , Used , Valdehorna , Val de San Martín , Villadoz , Villanueva de Jiloca , Villar de los Navarros , Villarreal de Huerva and Villarroya del Campo to the Comarca.

The agriculture is the dominant economic sector, in particular the cultivation of grain, fodder and wine.

The city of Daroca has a well-preserved ensemble of medieval buildings, parts of the city walls have also been preserved. The Comarca also includes the Laguna de Gallocanta , a large lake where many migratory birds stop.

The most famous son of the comarca is probably Pablo Bruna (1611–1679), the blind man of Daroca , a composer and organist of the collegiate church of Santa María in Daroca, who achieved such fame in Spain in the 17th century that even the kings Philip IV and Charles II.
