Carl Hannsjörg "Carljörg" Lacherbauer (born June 23, 1902 in Munich , † March 30, 1967 in Bad Tölz ) was a German lawyer , civil servant and politician ( CSU , BP ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school, Lacherbauer studied law and political science as well as economics and history at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich . He received his doctorate in 1928 for Dr. jur. , passed the second state examination in law in 1929 and then entered the judiciary. In the following years he worked as a court assessor, public prosecutor and local court counselor in Munich. From 1949 he worked as a notary in Bad Tölz. In 1951 he became a non-professional judge and deputy of the Bavarian Constitutional Court . From 1956 to 1966 he was President of the Bayerische Landesbodenkreditanstalt.

After the Second World War , Lacherbauer helped found the Christian Social Union in Bavaria (CSU). From 1945 to 1946 he was a member of the provisional state committee and from 1947 until his resignation on December 1, 1948 a member of the party's state executive committee. He had been a member of the Munich city ​​council since 1945 and temporarily took over the office of third mayor of the city in December 1945 , which he held until January 1947. From 1954 to 1956 he was again a city councilor in Munich.

Lacherbauer was a member of the Bavarian State Constitutional Assembly in 1946 and a member of the Bavarian State Parliament from 1946 to 1958 . From July 18, 1947 until his resignation on December 1, 1948, he served as State Secretary in the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice under Prime Minister Hans Ehard ( Cabinet Ehard I , II ). From 1951 to 1953 he was chairman of the state budget and financial affairs committee in the state parliament. On June 2, 1953 Lacherbauer switched to the Bavarian Party (BP). On the same day he was elected deputy chairman of the BP parliamentary group. From 1954 to June 19, 1957 he was chairman of the BP parliamentary group. In addition, he was from 1955 to 1957 chairman of the committee for rules of procedure and election review.
