The Ehard II cabinet formed the state government of the Free State of Bavaria from September 20, 1947 to December 18, 1950 . The cabinet was reorganized because the SPD resigned from the Ehard I coalition government and the SPD ministers resigned. Prime Minister Ehard then formed a pure CSU government, which had a majority of 104 of the 180 seats in the state parliament . After the state elections in 1950 , it was followed by the Ehard III cabinet .
