Cabinet Siebert
The Siebert cabinet formed the state government of Bavaria from April 12, 1933 to November 1, 1942 .
The Siebert cabinet succeeded Epp's provisional cabinet ( NSDAP ). The Bavarian State Parliament , which had been brought into line, met for the last time on April 28 and 29, 1933 and passed the law "to remedy the plight of the Bavarian people and state", an enabling law in favor of the cabinet, with which the state parliament made itself superfluous. He was subsequently not called up again. Siebert died on November 1, 1942. Since Adolf Wagner was incapable of office after a stroke from June 1942, Paul Giesler followed and also took over Wagner's previous positions as Bavarian Minister of the Interior and Minister of Culture in the Siebert cabinet.
