Cabinet Pfordten II
The Cabinet Pfordten II made of 4 December 1864 to 29 December 1866 by King Ludwig II. Appointed Provincial Government of the Kingdom of Bavaria . When he took office in 1864, Ludwig II made von der Pfordten chairman of the Council of Ministers again. After the failure of his mediation efforts and the military defeat of Bavaria in the German war on the side of Austria against Prussia , von der Pfordten finally resigned in December 1866.
