Carola Lucia Jung (born July 19, 1975 in Scheßlitz ) is a German journalist , television and radio presenter .

After studying at the Academy for New Media in Kulmbach , she started her career with a traineeship at the Berlin radio station 104.6 RTL , as a weather fairy at Arno & the morning crew and moderated Best of Arno & the morning crew .

In January 1999 she moved to Radio Energy 103.4. In the first year, she moderated the evening program between 6 and 10 p.m. and could then be heard from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In February 2004 she was appointed chief moderator, 2005 deputy and 2006 program director of Energy 103.4 Berlin. Carola continued to host DJs @ Work Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and the Euro Hot 30 on Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. In August 2007 she received an award for her Carola Trend Report .

As a radio presenter, she had interviews with the following artists in the program: Reamonn , Kelis , Rednex , Vengaboys , Wyclef Jean , Pink , All Saints , No Angels , Roxette , a-ha , Spicegirl Emma Bunton , Xavier Naidoo , Sarah Connor , Jamelia and many more She could already be seen on the television camera: from 2000 to 2005 she presented the weather report for the TV channels Sat.1 , ProSieben and N24 and in 2006 she worked as a BIZZ reporter at ProSieben.

Carola Jung has already moderated various events such as: Christopher Street Day 2003, several times "Energy in the Park", "Stock exchange simulation" of the Berliner Sparkasse, "Vip-Opening" of the "Tropical Islands Resort" in Brand, "Young Designer 2006", a panel discussion the "MECH Academy of McCann Erickson" and much more

In addition to her ballet training and acting training , she has been taking regular singing lessons for several years .

She has also been the official UNICEF representative since 2004 .
