Challenge Cup 2009/10 (men)

The 2009/10 season of the Challenge Cup began with the first round on October 17, 2009 and ended with the final on March 28, 2010.

The first two rounds were played in the knockout system with two legs. In the third round, the sixteen winners of the second round were joined by the teams that were eliminated in the first round of the CEV Cup . Up to and including the quarterfinals, the knockout system continued with home and away legs. The winners of the quarter-finals qualified for the Final Four in Perugia .
