The Brack.ch Challenge League 2019/20 is the 122nd season of the second highest Swiss league in men's football. Ten teams take part in the Challenge League. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it begins late on September 11, 2020 and is expected to end on May 22, 2021 with the 36th matchday. From December 21, 2020 to January 21, 2021, it will be interrupted by a winter break between the 15th and 16th rounds.

The Challenge League will be held for the ninth time with ten teams. Ten clubs each play four times against each opponent, twice in their home stadium and twice away. In total, each team plays 36 games. The first placed will be promoted to the Super League at the end of the season , the last placed to the Promotion League . The runner-up plays against the ninth place in the Super League a barrage for promotion to the top division.
