Chantal Réga (born August 7, 1955 in Nîmes ) is a former French sprinter and hurdler .

At the European Junior Athletics Championships in 1973 in Duisburg, she won silver over 100 m hurdles .

In 1974 she was eliminated from the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Gothenburg over 60 m hurdles in the preliminary run and at the European Athletics Championships in Rome over 100 m hurdles in the semi-finals. She also failed over 60 m hurdles in the first round at the European Indoor Championships in Katowice in 1975 .

In 1976, at the European Indoor Championships in Munich over 60 m hurdles, she did not go beyond the preliminary run again. At the Olympic Games in Montreal, she was eighth over 200 m and was eliminated in the 4-by-100-meter relay in the preliminary run.

Over 60 m she was fourth at the Indoor European Championships in 1977 in San Sebastián and sixth in 1978 in Milan . At the EM 1978 in Prague she was seventh over 100 m and fifth over 200 m . In the 4 x 100 meter relay , she did not reach the goal with the French team in the final.

In 1979 she won the Athletics World Cup in Montreal with the European team in the 4 x 100 meter relay and at the Mediterranean Games over 100 m .

At the 1980 Olympic Games, she was seventh over 100 m and fifth in the 4 x 100 meter relay . Over 200 m she reached the semifinals.

In 1982 she won bronze over 400 m hurdles at the European Championships in Athens .

She was French champion over 100 m four times (1976, 1978-1980), five times over 200 m (1975, 1976, 1978-1980), twice over 100 m hurdles (1974, 1975) and once over 400 m hurdles (1982). In the hall she won the national title in the 60 m hurdles (1975), 60 m (1977) and 200 m (1982).
