Charlottenfelde is located around 50 kilometers from the southern border of the city of Berlin and around fifteen kilometers southwest of Baruth, directly on the Golmberg , the highest elevation in the Lower Fläming . Neighboring towns of Charlottenfelde are (clockwise, starting from the west) Ließen and Petkus (districts of Baruth) as well as Wahlsdorf (district of the city of Dahme / Mark ) and Schlenzer (district of the municipality of Niederer Fläming ).
Charlottenfelde is located on the federal highway 115 running in east-west direction between Baruth and Jüterbog .
history
On January 2, 1971, Charlottenfelde was incorporated into Petkus. On December 31, 2001, Petkus was again incorporated into the city of Baruth together with Dornswalde , Klasdorf , Paplitz and Schöbendorf .
