Charray is a village and a former French commune of 104 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Eure-et-Loir in the region Center-Val de Loire . It belonged to the canton of Brou in the arrondissement of Châteaudun .

Charray became with the former municipalities Autheuil , Cloyes-sur-le-Loir , Douy , La Ferté-Villeneuil , Le Mée , Montigny-le-Gannelon , Romilly-sur-Aigre and Saint-Hilaire-sur with effect from January 1, 2017 -Yerre merged to form the Commune nouvelle Cloyes-les-Trois-Rivières and has the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality .

Neighboring towns are Romilly-sur-Aigre in the north-west, Autheuil and Thiville in the north, Le Mée in the north-east, Verdes in the east, Ouzouer-le-Doyen in the south and Brévainville in the south-west.
