Chengzhong (Xining)
Chengzhong ( Chinese 城中 區 / 城中 区 , Pinyin Chéngzhōng Qū - "district town center") is a district of the prefecture-level city of Xining (Tibetan Ziling ), the capital of the Chinese province of Qinghai . It has an area of 10.5 km² and has 150,000 inhabitants (2004). It is the seat of the city government.
