Herta Heuwer

Herta Charlotte Heuwer (born June 30, 1913 in Königsberg as Herta Charlotte Pöppel ; † July 3, 1999 in Berlin ) ran a snack company in West Berlin from 1949 . She is credited with inventing the currywurst .
