Chiny is a Belgian municipality in the province of Luxembourg . It consists of the districts Chiny , Izel , Jamoigne , Les Bulles , Suxy and Termes . According to a legend, it is said to have been founded in the 10th century as the capital of the County of Chiny , which was formed at that time .
