Christoph Fritz (born May 24, 1994 ) is an Austrian cabaret artist .

Life

Christoph Fritz grew up in Hausleiten in the Korneuburg district in Lower Austria . After graduating from high school , he began the bachelor's degree in European Economy and Management at the University of Applied Sciences of the bfi Vienna , which he completed in 2016. After completing his studies, he briefly worked for an insurance company.

He had his first stage appearance at the beginning of 2016, six months after a stay abroad as part of the Erasmus program , in an Australian pub in Vienna as part of an open mics ( open stage ). In November 2016 he took part in the Goldenen Kleinkunstnagel at the Theater am Alsergrund . In 2017 he won the Upper Austrian Cabaret Prize Ennser Kleinkunstkartoffel . At the Grazer Kleinkunstvogel he reached the finals in April 2017.

In August 2017 he became part of the ensemble of the Long Night of Cabaret . At the beginning of 2018 he celebrated the premiere of his cabaret solo debut program Das Jüngste face . In this, he tells, among other things, about his fictional home community Kleinschra (m) ming am Winzling . In November 2018 he was awarded the Austrian Cabaret Prize for his solo program .

In 2018 and 2019 he was in the on Hosea Ratschiller moderated ORF telecast Prater star guest. In 2019, he was part of the advice team for What's New? and in the late-night talk show Welcome Austria to see the ORF, and he resigned in Quatsch Comedy Club as well as in Olaf's Club of Olaf Schubert in the MDR on. At the Prix ​​Pantheon 2019 was one of five finalists. At the beginning of March 2020 he performed together with Martina Schwarzmann , Gabriel Vetter , Klaus Eckel and Thomas Stipsits in the Wiener Stadthalle as part of the “Cabaret Summit”.
