Christophorus 11 is the name given to the location of an emergency helicopter belonging to the Christophorus Air Rescue Association under the umbrella of the Austrian Automobile, Motorcycle and Touring Club . The Eurocopter EC 135 with the aircraft registration OE-XET is stationed on the grounds of Klagenfurt Airport in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee .

The Klagenfurt flight operations center of the Federal Ministry of the Interior at Klagenfurt Airport has existed since 1959. From 1984 the Martin 5 emergency doctor's helicopter operated by the Federal Ministry was stationed there. This was replaced on July 1, 2001 by Christophorus 11. A new heliport was built for the helicopter at the end of 2012 .

The operational readiness of the helicopter begins daily at 6 a.m. and ends at dusk . Christophorus 11 is called to around 1000 to 1300 missions a year, the alarm is given by the Carinthia regional control center .
