The usury Helicopter GmbH is an Austrian helicopter flight service. It is the last remaining part of the Wucher aviation company with its headquarters in Ludesch (Austria). The sole shareholder is Wucher & Huber GmbH.

Wucher Helicopter makes helicopters available for various purposes. In addition to 6 rescue helicopters, Wucher Helicopter also operates a fleet of transport helicopters with a payload of up to 5,000 kg and a helicopter saw . Adventure flights and heli-skiing on the Arlberg and in Georgia are also offered. With 5 locations from Vorarlberg and the Lake Constance region to Salzburg, Wucher Helicopter not only covers western Austria, but also southern Germany, the Principality of Liechtenstein and part of Switzerland. In addition, the company is active internationally for disaster relief, fire fighting and fertilizer and spray flights.

In 2010, Wucher Helicopter bought the company Helimatic Sägesysteme GmbH, based in Cologne, Helimatic is the world-famous manufacturer of helicopter saws. Since the takeover, Helimatic GmbH as a company of the Wucher Helicopter Group has its headquarters in Lindau .

For many years, Wucher has also been operating the Gallus 1 emergency doctor's helicopter at the Zürs base, ICAO code LOJW (Vorarlberg). Usury provides pilots and helicopters, Vorarlberg mountain rescue provides the flight doctor and the air rescuer. The operations are coordinated by the rescue and fire brigade control center in Feldkirch.

Since the 2012/13 season, Wucher Helicopter has been operating heli-skiing in the 1,300 square kilometer Greater Caucasus ski area in Georgia . Pilot, mechanic, ski guides and helicopters, an Ecureuil B3 come from Austria. The helibase is around 2000 meters above sea level.

The training machine is a Eurocopter AS 350 B3 "Ecureuil" The maintenance company of Wucher Helicopter GmbH, for its own and third-party helicopters, is certified according to the European Aviation Safety Agency standard AT.145.055.
