Ci ڞis an Arabic letter that is part of the extended Arabic alphabet of the Xiao'erjing script used to spell Chinese . It is derived from the Arabic letter Dad (ض) by adding two more points.

The sound value of the letter in Chinese is an aspirated voiceless alveolar affricate ( IPA : [tsʰ], pinyin : c).
