Claudia Wedekind

Claudia Wedekind-Felmy (born July 6, 1942 in Berlin ; † January 15, 2015 in Landshut ) was a German actress .

Life

Claudia Wedekind, daughter of the heroic tenor , actor, director and theater manager Hermann Wedekind and the actress Grete Wedekind, received acting lessons from her parents and completed ballet and singing training. Her first engagement took her to the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe . After that she worked at the Pfalztheater Kaiserslautern , Theater Baden-Baden , Stadttheater Basel and Theater am Neumarkt in Zurich. Since 1972 she has worked as a freelance actress. She made numerous tours and worked extensively for radio. As in the theater, she also appeared on television primarily as a black-haired seductress. She played one of her last television roles in the series Max Wolkenstein .

Claudia Wedekind-Felmy lived in Lower Bavaria . She was married to the author Charly Niessen and from 1986 until his death with the actor Hansjörg Felmy (1931–2007).

Her grave is on the Waldfriedhof (Munich) , Urnenhain, tree grave no. 360, which is also the grave of Hansjörg Felmy.
