Cody Martin Linley (born November 20, 1989 in Lewisville , Texas ) is an American actor who gained fame primarily for his roles in well-known films and for his recurring role as Jake Ryan in the US television series Hannah Montana .

life and career

Born in Lewisville , Greater Dallas , Linley made his first notable television appearance when he played a small, negligible role in the television movie Cadillac Jack: A Cowboy Never Gives Up! assumed. He acted on the side of his older brother Chad Linley . Already in the following year he had his first appearance in a television series ( Walker, Texas Ranger ), followed by a number of other film appearances from 2000 onwards.
