Colleen O'Connor (born December 17, 1951 in Chicago , Illinois ) is a former American figure skater who started in ice dancing .
Her ice dance partner was James Millns . With him she took part in world championships from 1974 to 1976 . In 1975 in Colorado Springs O'Connor and Millns were runner-up world champions behind Irina Moissejewa and Andrei Minenkow from the Soviet Union. At the 1976 World Cup , they won the bronze medal. They also won bronze in Innsbruck in 1976 at the first Olympic Games where ice dancing was part of the program.
