Judy Ann Blumberg (born September 13, 1957 in Santa Monica , California ) is a former American figure skater who started in ice dancing .

Her ice dance partner was Michael Seibert . Blumberg and Seibert won their first world championship medal at the world championship in Helsinki in 1983 with bronze behind the Britons Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean as well as Natalja Bestemjanowa and Andrei Bukin from the Soviet Union. The same result was repeated at the 1984 World Cup in Ottawa . At the 1985 World Championships in Tokyo , the ice dancing couple won their third bronze medal in a row, this time behind Bestemjanowa and Bukin and Marina Klimowa and Sergei Ponomarenko from the Soviet Union. Blumberg and Seibert took part in two Olympic Games . In 1980 in Lake Placid they took seventh place and in 1984 in Sarajevo they came fourth.

After her competitive career, Blumberg worked as a television commentator and motivational speaker. She heads the ensemble of the Ice Theater of New York and is a technical specialist at ISU .
