James Millns (born January 13, 1949 in Toledo , Ohio ) is a former American figure skater who started in ice dancing .

His ice dance partner was Colleen O'Connor . With her he took part in world championships from 1974 to 1976 . In 1975 in Colorado Springs O'Connor and Millns were runner-up world champions behind Irina Moissejewa and Andrei Minenkow from the Soviet Union. At the 1976 World Cup , they won the bronze medal. They also won bronze in Innsbruck in 1976 at the first Olympic Games where ice dancing was part of the program.
