Constance Sibille (born November 9, 1990 ) is a French tennis player .

Career

Sibille, who prefers the hard court, started playing tennis when she was eight. She mainly plays tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has won five singles and one doubles titles so far. She played her first ITF tournament in July 2006 in Le Touquet , and she reached her first final at her second tournament in September 2006 in Limoges . At the end of 2006 she was listed for the first time in the individual world ranking.

In 2012, she reached a semi-finals for the first time in a $ 75,000 tournament. In Barnstaple , she lost to Annika Beck 3: 6 and 1: 6. In 2013 she reached the semi-finals at the Open 88 in Contrexéville , where she lost to Timea Bacsinszky with 1: 6 and 1: 6.

In 2014 she competed on the WTA Tour for the first time , but did not get beyond qualification at the tournaments in Monterrey and Marrakech . In 2014 she received a wildcard for the women's doubles at the French Open , but lost with partner Irina Ramialison in the first round. In the qualification for the women's singles she was also defeated by Anett Kontaveit in round one.
