Stream Global Services (formerly Global BPO Services Corp.) was taken over by Convergys in January 2014.
In July 2016, Convergys took over buw Holding in Osnabrück.
Both brands, the logos and designs of the companies went into the parent company Convergys.

The company was also in Berlin , Duisburg , Düsseldorf , Halle , Frankfurt am Main , Gera , Leipzig , Münster , Schwerin , Wismar and Wuppertal . Foreign locations operated by the German subsidiary were in Cluj-Napoca and Timișoara in Romania and Pécs in Hungary .
