The Copa Constitució 2009 was the 17th edition of the Andorran Football Cup . All teams of the Primera and the Segona Divisió after six rounds were eligible to compete. The competition was held between January 17th, 2009 and May 23rd, 2009. The winner qualified for the 2nd qualifying round for the 2009/10 UEFA Europa League .

FC Santa Coloma won the eighth title.

In the first round, the teams of the Segona Divisió, who were in positions two to seven after six rounds, competed against each other. The game was played between January 17th and 19th, 2009.
