The Copa Constitució 2013 was the 21st edition of the Andorran Football Cup . All teams in the Primera and Segona Divisió were eligible to compete. The competition was held between January 13, 2013 and May 26, 2013.

Defending champion and record winner FC Santa Coloma failed in the semifinals on eventual winner UE Santa Coloma , who won the first title in the club's history. UE Santa Coloma qualified for the first qualifying round of the 2013/14 UEFA Europa League with the win .
